Edward Gal claims victory in Freestyle Dressage at Rotterdam while USA’s Molly Ashe wins Saturday’s Speed Class
Rotterdam, 24 June 2025 - In a completely sold out stadium, Edward Gal aboard Lingh with trance like music, put on a spectacular show that him first place with a percentage of 77.85%. Anky Grunsven with Krack C was almnost as good but a slight mistake earned them second place with a percentage of 76.10 tonight.
Alnother fine performance came from Imke Schelleken’s Bartels aboard Sunrise who ended up in third. With Miusic from “The Gladiator”, Catherine Haddad and Maximus JSS finished in fourth place.
The sell out crowd enjoyed the performance. During the tests, there was absolute quiet that burst into cheers as the end of each of the combinations closed.

Molly Ashe and Lutopia dominated Saturday’s Speed Class at Rotterdam
Riding Jane Forbes Clark’s Lutopia,Molly Ashe proved to be the best in today’s Speed Competition at Rotterdam. Her victory was more than 2 seconds faster than her nearest competitor, Franke Sloothaak (GER) who finished second. Sweden’s Peder Fredricson aboard H&M Colleen finished third.
