Ottawa, Ontario — Dressage Canada is pleased to announce the teams that will represent Canada at the 2007 CN North American Junior and Young Riders’ Championships (NAJYRC), to be held July 31 – August 5 in Lexington, USA.

This will mark the second time that a Junior Championship is being held in conjunction with a Young Rider Championship and has proven to make for an exciting competition.
“We have a great group of girls on the teams, and they have lots of team spirit” said Chef d’Equipe Tina Busse-Irwin. “We’re going to have a lot of fun and success, and everyone is looking forward to it.”
Canada Dressage riders enjoyed immense success at the 2006 NAJYRC’s, also held in Lexington, VA, with the Canada West Young Riders’ Dressage Team claiming the Team Gold and team member Pia Fortmuller winning Individual Gold. The Junior Riders’ Dressage Team won the Team Silver Medal.
