Ottawa, Ontario— Dressage Canada extends their congratulations to five Canadian dressage riders who received The EIGHT Award for their riding performance in the 2006 competition season.
Organized by the Dressage Canada Competitions Committee and sponsored by Dominion Regalia Ltd., The EIGHT Award was created to recognize competitors who achieve eight scores of eight for their riding under the General Impressions marks of their dressage test at National Equine Canada sanctioned dressage competitions. Winners receive an EIGHT Award Pin, which can be worn on their riding jacket lapel.
The following five riders are the inaugural recipients of The EIGHT Award:
