small problem navigating and staying logged in

its just a small problem i believe. I am able to log in on the front page. when i do get logged in, it goes directly to the forums. i am still logged in, but when i press the "news" or "blogs" or ect. links, when i get there, i am logged out..

is this a normal problem or just me?

i did before and it wasnt working, but i just did again and it works so far =]

the same thing happens to me as well, but i don't think it effects anything because i can still get into all of my stuff.

Hm that's weird mine keeps me logged in whenever I visit any of the other areas in the site....

The site login control is by cookie. When you check the stay logged in box, we write a cookie which is encrypted and stored on your disk. We check to see that the cookie exists when you visit. If it is there you are logged in automatically. It it is not there you have to go through the login process.

If you log out, the software destroys the cookie and requires you to login the next time you visit.

Because different browsers habdle cookies in different ways, your choices of options in the browser can also effect the process.

In any case, the data that you have posted is not effected by the login process.
