TRAINING MY HORSE TO JUMP

this is my horse royal star casino. i have just started training him to jump he does prettie good but i would like to advance him in his training.he has a little bit of confidence issues when i ride him over the jumps. he is a purebreed arabian with a great hight in his jump.i would like to know from some people think his conformation is good for jumping and what to do about his confidence issue thanks.
