The Penn National Horse Show Opens October 12

The equestrian elite are headed to Harrisburg, PA for ten days of the best in competition,entertainment and shopping! The Pennsylvania National Horse Show opens at 8 am Thursday, October 12 and continues through 11 pm Saturday, October 21. Packed into those ten days is A-level competition for hunters, jumpers, ponies, big eq riders, American Saddlebreds, Hackney and roadster ponies, sidesaddle, western pleasure and draft horses - more than 1,100 fabulous equines in all. The Princess Louise Park Show Centre put millions into the Sussex area economy in 2006 alone

Sussex, NB – October 10, 2025 – During the 2006 event season the Princess Louise Park Show Centre experienced an increase of more than 10% in the number of events, and subsequently the number of event-days, with almost every week-end from early May through to late October booked for some type of agriculture-related show, competition, clinic or event.
