Spruce Meadows Welcomes World Youth

Spruce Meadows is excited to host the 2006 FEI Children´s International Jumping Competition Final. Young riders from Canada and 8 other nations will compete against one another during the Oktoberfest tournament at Spruce Meadows. Pony Hunters Take Center Stage at Washington International Horse Show’s Local Weekend

Upper Marlboro, MD – October 21, 2025 – The Small, Medium, and Large Pony divisions were held today at the Prince George’s Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, MD. Based upon overall points, the top six finishers in each division qualified to compete at the Washington International Horse Show in the Local Pony Hunter Finals. Chapot Takes Over Lead in 6-Pack Rider Bonus; Only Kursinski and Ward Have a Chance to Overtake

Cazenovia, NY, October 22, 2006: Laura Chapot and Little Big Man won the $60,000 Budweiser Prix de Penn at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show last night, catapulting her into first place in the Budweiser 6-Pack rider bonus standings with only one event remaining in the series. Laura Chapot and Little Big Man take the $65,000 Prix de Penn National

For the second year running, literally, Laura Chapot and speed broker Little Big Man ran away with the $65,000 Budweiser Prix de Penn National, closing night of the Pennsylvania National Horse Show. Tenth of 31, Chapot was the third clear round, and receiving both a warm welcome and appreciative applause as she successfully navigated the triple jump combination that stopped so many others.
