While the administrators and moderators of HJN will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is a manual process. Please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular material immediately. Removal of any blog, posting or photograph may constitute a ban of the author’s ability to further participate in any section of HJN. We reserve the right to delete any content for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit your ability to post anywhere on the site for any reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your postings, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your content.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright to the material.

We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a legal action steming from a complaint arising from any message posted by you.

The IP addresses of all members posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this site have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
