(Lexington, KY) – The first FEI Paralympic Qualifier CEPDI4 for a Paralympic Games held in this country will be held at Morven Park in Leesburg, Virginia May 13th through 17th, 2007. Colombian Olympic dressage rider Dr. Cesar Parra and his long time partner Anne Sparks-Whitten of Horses Unlimited have decided to go
