2006 World Champion Jos Lansink with Beezie Madden (silver), bronze medallist Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum(bronze) and Edwina Alexander, 4th. At the end of a grandiose Jumping Finale, Jos Lansink (BEL) was crowned the 2006 World Individual Jumping Champion without having committed, himself or his grey stallion Cavalor Cumano, a single mistake for the whole competition with rotation of horses. On the last day of the FEI World Equestrian Games Aachen 2006 on Sunday, the Belgian rider with his stallion Cavalor Cumano beat Beezie Madden (USA) with Authentic (4/43.74) and Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum from Thedinghausen with Shutterfly (4/45.40) in the jump-off. A press conference presenting the organisers’ vision and plans was held today.
