August 11, 2025–At the Manchester & the Mountains Horse Show in East Dorset, VT, Sophia Gali of Potomac, MD was at her peak. Gali was Champion in the Small Pony Hunters aboard the Miranda Gali-owned Miss Australia and was also the blue ribbon recipient in the Pony Hunter Classic.

Sister Miranda also earned impressive ribbons this week. With her own Chris Craft, Miranda earned a 1st and 2nd place over-fences in the Green Pony Hunters. And in the Medium Pony Hunters, Miranda and the Centennial Farm-owned Catamaran secured a 3rd place over fences, among others, and a 7th place in the Pony Hunter Classic.

“We were so very happy with both of the ponies and the results this week,” said Mom Kris Gali, who operates GaliCo Equine LLC. “Vermont is one of our favorite venues. “There is so much to do and it’s so very beautiful and peaceful. We’re always excited to come here.”

Both Gali sisters train with Patty Foster at Rolling Acres Farm in Brookeville, MD.
