R.I.D.E. NORMANDIE: TOP CHAMPIONS PARTICIPATING

September 5, 2025

From the 19th to the 21st of September, at the Deauville-Clairefontaine racecourse, R.I.D.E. Normandie will play host to the world’s elite in jumping, four-in-a-hand driving and the HSBC FEI World Cup eventing final. Experts will appreciate the level of achievement and a curious public will discover these disciplines with delight during a magnificent weekend of equestrian sports.

Regarding competitors, the participation of the Olympic Jumping champion, the Canadian Eric Lamaze, is already confirmed: a rare occasion to see the star of the Beijing Olympics who very seldom competes in France. Fighting for victory against him will be no other than the current world champion, the Belgian rider Jos Lansink!

As R.I.D.E. Normandie is hosting the HSBC FEI World Cup eventing final, there will be a truly exceptional line-up in the eventing competition, with the Australian rider, N°1 in the world rankings, Kevin McNab, and of course the French rider, Nicolas Touzaint, last year’s winner and eager to be back in the limelight after his withdrawal from the Olympics.

In four-in-a-hand driving the world’s elite will also be present at the Clairefontaine racecourse.

The complete line-up of competitors will be available at the press conference to launch the event, on the 11th of September in Clairefontaine.
