See North America’s most exciting equestrians at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show!

September 12, 2025

Riders from three nations, Gold and Silver medal show jumpers fresh from the Olympics, and the wildly popular Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride — all at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show, October 15-18 at the Farm Show Complex, Harrisburg, PA. In the world of horses, it doesn’t get any more exciting!

Open jumping will go international with American, Canadian and Irish riders in intense individual competition. US Olympic individual Bronze medallist Beezie Madden and her Team Gold medal teammates McLain Ward and Laura Kraut, along with 2008 Olympic alternate Anne Kursinski, will take on their international rivals in the Open Jumper classes that highlight the show’s evening sessions Tuesday, October 14 through Saturday, October 18. Also riding for the trophies and prize money will be Jill Henselwood, a member of the 2008 Silver medal Canadian Olympic team, Canadian alternate Jonathan Asselin, and Irish nationals Jonathan McCrea, Shane Sweetnam and Darragh Kerins.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride never fails to thrill audiences with their 32 perfectly matched black horses, stirring anthems and precise, intricate movements. The Musical Ride consists of the execution of a variety of complex figures and cavalry drill choreographed to music.

The international excitement October 15-18 is the highlight of ten days of competition at the 63rd annual show, which runs October 9-18. For online tickets and a complete schedule, visit www.panational.org or phone (717) 770-0222.
