Sergio Campos Triumphs for the Second Consecutive Week in NHJL Lucky Sevens Welcome Stake at Atlanta Summer

CONYERS, GA. JUNE 28, 2025—At the Atlanta Summer Classics’ Lucky Sevens Welcome Stake, it wasn’t the humidity, but the heat that got the crowd. The heat, that is, coming off the Grand Prix Arena at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers as winner Sergio Campos smoked the competition in, literally, the final scorching stride of a 14-player jump off. Jumping International de Monte-Carlo

The third stage of the Global Champions started this afternoon with a national and two Invitational competitions. The National Jumping Competition was won by the rider Monegasque, Flavia Sillari. In the Invitational 1.15m-1.25m, this honour was for Patrice Planchat (France) and Krack du Rouet, who went more than 4 seconds faster in the jump-off than second placed Joanne Sloane Allen (IRL). Todd Minikus Wins Whiteface Mountain 1.45m Jump-off at 38th Annual Lake Placid Horse Show

Lake Placid, NY —June 28, 2007—Todd Minikus of Loxahatchee , FL rode Romy to victory over a 24-horse field in the $7,500 Whiteface Mountain 1.45m Jump-off at the 38th annual Lake Placid Horse Show.

Minikus, one of the four riders chosen to represent the U.S. in show jumping in the Pan American Games at Rio de Janeiro , Brazil later this summer, was one of nine entries to qualify for a tiebreaking jump-off by riding without penalty over the 15-jump first-round course at the North Elba Showgrounds.
