Spirited bidding at the 2006 Nations Cup CSIO 5* Calcutta auction

Wellington, FL – March, 10, 2006 – On Thursday evening, March 9, the International Polo Club of Palm Beach (IPCPB) hosted a Calcutta auction in which bidders could purchase temporary “ownership” of a Nations Cup show jumping team. The return on their investment – a percentage share of the total pot – is dependent on the result of the Nations Cup class scheduled for this evening (Friday) under the lights of the Winter Equestrian Festival’s Internationale Arena. Sonja Keating Named USEF Associate General Counsel

Lexington, KY – Sonja Keating has been named as Associate General Counsel for the USEF. She was previously associated with the Lexington office of the Cincinnati-based law firm of Dismore & Shohl, LLP where she practiced in the litigation department. A native of Lexington, Keating attended Transylvania University for her undergraduate degree and then obtained her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1996.
