Wellington, FL – March, 10, 2006 – On Thursday evening, March 9, the International Polo Club of Palm Beach (IPCPB) hosted a Calcutta auction in which bidders could purchase temporary “ownership” of a Nations Cup show jumping team. The return on their investment – a percentage share of the total pot – is dependent on the result of the Nations Cup class scheduled for this evening (Friday) under the lights of the Winter Equestrian Festival’s Internationale Arena.
