West Coast Active Riders Organization Reminds Applicants of Spruce Meadows Prix de Nations Deadline

Wellington, FL – March 14, 2026 – Preparation for the 2006 West Coast Active Riders (WCAR) Spruce Meadows Prix de Nations Teams is currently underway as WCAR continues to improve the California Show Jumping scene. JILL HENSELWOOD AND BLACK ICE CLAIM $150,000 GRAND PRIX OF THE DESERT

Jill Henselwood had a little chat with her horse Black Ice before the $150,000 Grand Prix of the Desert, the Grand Finale of six weeks of show jumping at the HITS Indio Desert Circuit.

The Canadian rider wanted to take her mount with her to Europe in preparation for April’s World Cup. But the catch was Black Ice needed to pay his own way for a trip that would cost nearly $60,000 in airfare and oats. (Read on…)

BRANDIE HOLLOWAY ENDS HITS ARIZONA CIRCUIT ON A WINNING NOTE WITH ARGENTINA IN $25,000 HITS GRAND PRIX

Brandie Holloway finished out the six-week HITS Arizona Winter Circuit in winning style by claiming Sunday´s $25,000 HITS Grand Prix with her nine-year-old stallion Argentina.
