I had decided that while WEG was the focus of my trip to Germany, it was also important to find out more about the country and its people. And so, after looking into a variety of activities beyond Aachen I opted for a program called “Eifel zu Pferd,” or translated would mean Eifel on Horseback.
Laura Chapot and Sprite are well on their way to their third Winter Equestrian Festival Circuit Championship in the Acorn Hill Speed Series.
