Flashpoint Media Services: The Week in Review
June 2, 2025
JUNE 2, 2008—Miranda and Sophia Gali of Potomac, MD and Ashley Foster of Brookeville, MD battled thunder and lightening but still ended up tops in the ribbons at this week’s Boumi Temple Mounted Patrol Horse Show in Owings Mills, MD. The GaliCo Equine-owned Miss Australia earned Champion honors this week in the Small Pony Hunters with Ashley Foster in the irons. Meanwhile, in the Medium Pony Hunters, the Centennial Farms-owned Catamaran, ridden by Miranda Gali, took Reserve Champion. The horse and rider team was also 2nd in the WIHS Pony Equitation. And in the MHSA Pony Medal class, Sophia Gali deftly piloted her own Legally Blonde to a 3rd place finish. Both the Gali sisters and Foster ride at Maryland’s Rolling Acres Farm with trainers Marylisa Leffler, Patty Foster, and Laura Pickett. They will next show in Upperville, VA. And this week Flashpoint would like to send special “job well done pat” to Celtic Dreams. Owned by friend and colleague Jesse Collins of the well-known Equis Productions, Dreamer returned to the show ring at the Nashville Country show in Franklin, TN this week after a several year hiatus and captured two ribbons in the Special Hunter 2-foot division with Joey Brumbaugh in the irons. Congratulations to all! Flashpoint Media Services, based in Harrodsburg, KY, is a comprehensive public relations firm specializing in the equestrian sports.
