CAS upholds FEI decision regarding the 2 year suspension for Michael Benjamin

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has upheld the decision by the FEI Tribunal with respect to the disqualification and two-year suspension of Michael Benjamin (RSA) due to a refusal to provide a urine sample when randomly selected for an anti doping test at the CSI-W Cape Town Event which took place between 23 and 26 November 2006.
