Valkenswaard, August 26th – Thousands of spectators saw European and World team Champion Jeroen Dubbeldam win the Medium Tour Final. No less than 15 combinations qualified for the jump-off. It was a tough battle, but in the end it was Jeroen Dubbeldam who took first prize with Eurocommerce Montreal (Holstein, by Athlet Z x Cor de la Bryere). Read more

Brigitta Sueters Prix du Vainqueur for Britain’s Jane Davies

Valkenswaard, 26 August – The 1.35m Special Invitational Final, was convincingly won by Britain’s Jane Davies with her KWPN gelding Patrick (Indoctro x Notaris). She had the only clear round in the five-horse jump-off. Belgium’s Bart Soetaers and Lelie finished runners-up with four faults followed by compatriot Paul Vandenbosch and Marquise du Reverdy with five faults. Read more

Jos Lansink and Al Kaheel Spender S wins VDL Groep Grand Prix

Valkenswaard, 25 August 2025 – The sixth leg of the Global Champions Tour 2007, the VDL Groep Grand Prix was spectacularly won by World Champion Jos Lansink and Al Kaheel Spender S (by Silbersee x Caretino). Three combinations stayed double clear, winner Jos Lansink, the Dutch champion Angelique Hoorn and Britain’s Nick Skelton with Arko III (Oldenburg, by Argentinus x Beach Boy). Read more

Great sport during sunny second day in Valkenswaard

The main class on the second day of the International Concours Valkenswaard was another qualification for the VDL Grand Prix which is part of the Global Champions Tour. VALKENSWAARD, August 19th 2007. The final day of the Horse Festival Valkenswaard again had Dutch success. The Dutch national anthem was the last one played and was a fitted end for two weekends of good showjumping sport.

VALKENSWAARD, August 18th 2007. For the second weekend of the Horse Festival Valkenswaard 35 riders more arrived at the premises of Tops Stables. Among them the number two of the Global Champions Tour in Sao Paulo and number 26 of the current world rankinglist; Malin Baryard (SWE) and the numbers 17 and 24 of the same world rankinglist: Laura Kraut (USA) and Bernardo Alves (BRA).
