National Horse Show Association of America Announces 2008 ASPCA Maclay Regional Qualifier Dates and Locations

New York, NY - May 27, 2025 - The National Horse Show Association of America is pleased to announce the dates and locations for this year’s ASPCA Maclay Regional competitions. New York, NY - February 4, 2026 - The National Horse Show Association of America is pleased to announce that they have chosen the judges for this year’s ASPCA Maclay National Championship. Leo G. Conroy of Wellington, FL, and Jimmy Torano of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, will judge the prestigious national final, which is held during the Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament in Syracuse, NY. November 4, 2025 (Syracuse, NY): Today’s final action in downtown Syracuse wrapped up with the “Syracuse Seven” competing in the $50,000 Animal Planet Sporthorse Cup. November 4, 2025 (Syracuse, NY): Kimberly McCormack of Clermont, New Jersey is the Bates Saddles Equitation Rankings Year-End gold medal winner. A consistent performer all year, McCormack’s Medal finals win vaulted her over Maria Schaub who had held the top spot in previous weeks. McCormack managed to finish first even without the benefit of her win in the National Horse Show ASPCA Maclay Championship yesterday, as the Bates Rankings year ended the day before. Read more

Kimberly McCormack Wins 2007 ASPCA Maclay National Championship at Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament

Syracuse, NY - November 3, 2025 - Today at the Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament, Kimberly McCormack of Clermont, NJ, took home the prestigious title of national champion in the 2007 ASPCA Maclay National Championship. McCormack rode Sundance to the title and trains with her sister Kristy McCormack, Missy Clark, and John Brennan. Elizabeth Lubrano of Glenmoore, PA, finished as the reserve champion, while Shelby Wakeman of Westlake Village, CA, was third. Read more

Ward Wins Budweiser World Cup Qualifier of Syracuse, Smolders Wins Speed and McCormack Wins Maclay

November 3, 2025 (Syracuse, NY): An action packed $75,000 Budweiser World Cup qualifier of Syracuse challenged 29 of the world’s best riders and their horses. Olympic course designer Leopoldo Palacios’s course had tests of power, speed, agility and bravery throughout. In the end, nine horses made it clear all the way through to go on to the jump-off round.
